Make four strips of molding for each panel as you would for the glass doors of a wall clock (page 125). Then set the door frames outside-face down on a work surface and place a panel and molding in position. The sharp edges of the punched holes should be facing down. Bore pilot holes for finishing nails through the molding and into the frame every 2 inches, then drive the nails using a brad driver. To use the driver, insert a nail into a pilot hole, then position the jaws and tighten the locking nut. Holding the frame steady, squeeze the jaws to set the nail (above).
